Stay in our charming Piddle Puddle Cabin, surrounded by rolling fields, forests, and the gentle flow of the River Piddle. Just a short drive from the Jurassic Coast, it’s the perfect retreat setting. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Health & Safety Policy for Pottery Retreat at Piddle Puddle Cabin Booking and Payment Full Payment: Required at the time of booking to secure your retreat. Accommodation Options: With Accommodation: £660 (includes 2 days of pottery sessions, 4 sessions in total, and lunch on both days). Without Accommodation: £400 (includes 2 days of pottery sessions, 4 sessions in total, and lunch on both days). Travel to the Studio Distance: The studio is located approximately 2 miles from the accommodation. Transport: You will need to travel independently. Cancellations and Refunds More than 28 Days Before Retreat: Full refund available. 14 to 28 Days Before Retreat: Eligible for a 50% refund. Less than 14 Days Before Retreat: No refunds can be offered. Emergency Situations: Please contact us directly to discuss possible accommodations. Transfers If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please notify us as soon as possible with the new attendee's details. Health and Safety Medical Conditions: Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking to ensure appropriate accommodations. Studio Safety: Our studio follows strict health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment. Participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. All necessary protective equipment will be provided. Liability: Participants engage in activities at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during the retreat. Firing and Collection of Pottery Due to drying and firing times, your pottery pieces will not be ready to take home immediately. Collection: You will be notified when your pieces are ready for collection. Delivery: If you prefer, we can arrange delivery of your finished pieces for an additional fee. Additional Information Arrival and Departure: Details regarding check-in and check-out times will be provided upon booking. Code of Conduct: We expect all participants to maintain respectful behavior towards others and the property. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control leading to the cancellation of the retreat, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to adhere to this policy. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
