Unbound Yoga
A Hatha-based class with Krama (progressing towards a peak pose) and elements of Ashtanga, set to an energising mix of pop and rock music. This class focuses on improving flexibility, building strength, enhancing posture, and increasing mobility. Open to all levels, it’s a fun and friendly space to rediscover and improve your yoga journey.

Restorative Yoga
A deeply relaxing practice for body and mind, combining guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle, gravity-driven poses held for up to 10 minutes. With the support of blocks, pillows, and blankets, this class invites you to completely let go, feel held, and nurture your inner calm.

Hot Rocket Yoga 101
A fast-paced, Hatha-inspired practice in a heated room. Over the course of an hour, 101 poses are held for 30 to 60 seconds each, encouraging focus and presence in the moment. The warm environment helps loosen muscles and joints, enhancing mobility and flexibility. While basic knowledge of yoga asanas are helpful, this class is suitable for all levels. Expect to have playful fun.
